Tax Forms

Hello all,

The tax forms keep trickling into DPL. We have many Federal forms, but not all, and we have yet to receive any State forms. We had many requests for forms on Saturday, the 3rd.

For everyone's convenience, there is now a tax pathfinder/list to be found at both circulation and reference. The list contains both an up to date account of all forms we presently have (located in front of the office window in the reference section) and a list of quick reference resources for people who need, or ask to be directed toward, tax assistance. There are some ways in which we can further assist patrons at reference; this primarily involves printing less available forms.

Ideally, this list will allow everyone to answer those tax related questions which we are allowed to answer, well and quickly. Our list will of course grow and be modified, so please share if you do or do not find this to be helpful.
