NEW FAX MACHINE!

The new fax machine is set up and ready to go!
We are now back to offering fax service at $2 for the first page and $1 for each additional page.
This machine is about 10 times faster than the old one, so we should be able to provide this service much more quickly now.

It's pretty straightforward-

To FAX

• dial in the fax number (don't forget the "9" first!)
• place the sheets face down (head/top down) on the black feeder tray at top
• hit START button
• VOILA!

To print a verification report

• press the "reports" button (to the right of the number keys)
• press the Menu/Set button (round black and white button in the center of the arrow keys)
• the report will print out - PLEASE GIVE A COPY OF THE REPORT TO EACH CUSTOMER (I will leave these directions posted on the wall near the machine)
  

This machine also has a copy function. The quality isn't GREAT, but it will do in a pinch for a page or two (if, say, we run out of toner in the public copy machine).
Paper for copy and INCOMING faxes is located in a tray at the bottom, just like a standard laser printer.

I will leave the handbook next to the machine in case you need it (or just want to take a look at it).
