The two computers near the book drop are now operational! They are for "office work" only, and are not to be used for the internet. Technically, they are on our network (so that they can print to the public printer), but the browser (Internet Explorer) has been disabled - so patrons should not have any way to browse the internet. However, some people are clever - if anyone is caught using those computers for internet, they will be asked to leave the library (come get me if this happens).
There is a sheet of "rules" and info on the computers as well as the circ desk and the reference desk.
The computers have OPEN OFFICE loaded on them, not Microsoft Office. There are basic instructions near the computer, and people can ask reference or myself for help.
