Yes, he started printing out again yesterday. He had already started when he was caught by Kathy. No one even saw him over at the computers. He paid for what he printed out - but he was actively trying to sneak by Kathy and me. If he comes in again, we have decided NO MORE PRINTING until he pays for the pile on the Reference Desk, (which I sincerely hope he does not do.) With a little luck, this will be enough to discourage him. I talked to Andrea from West Dennis and she said when they kept after him he eventually stopped coming.
If he continues to print without paying for his old stack, take his pages, tell him that he must leave, and that he is banned from the library. If he enters again after the ban is in effect, the police can be called.
