A patron came in to renew a book yesterday, however, all the books that she had checked out were checked out under another patron's name/card. The situation evidently happened on November 24th at 4:31 pm. This is just a reminder for us to review patron information before we check out items; the only thing that I can think happened is that someone else's information was up on the screen during the check out. I'm sure we've all done it. Let's just do a double-check to make sure we have the right patron during check out. Thank you!
