Patron Mary Parello

I don't believe this patron comes to our library very often, however she did call here looking for a video that her husband thought he put on hold. When I did a search on her name I discovered that she had on old 4Cs account with over $25 of fines on it. Since she always presents her other card when she comes to libraries, her old account is not being triggered. I just wanted to alert the Circulation staff to her situation. I can't figure out any way to catch situations like this, as we don't normally look up patrons by name if they present their card.
