New Copier Issues

Humidity is making the paper curl and causing the copier to jam frequently.

So when opening a ream of paper, please use all of it. Fill anything that needs paper.

Do not leave any opened paper on the shelves. This will help cut down on the amount of moisture the paper is picking up.

Also, since the jamming is more frequent than usual, please try to be more aware of problems at the copier. More than one patron has opened the copier to attempt to clear the jam themselves - this is not OK! Please tell any patron who attempts to resolve the issue themselves that you will be glad to help them. If you cannot clear the jam, see me. If the issue cannot be fixed quickly, please put up an out-of-order sign and let me know and I will call for service.
