I just finished sending out packets and a cover letter from Jessica to prior Meeting Room Use patrons reminding them to ensure they have booked their dates for 2012 ~ and to return a signed packet with their requests so that we have updated contact information and current required documents for the Town.
Some recent folks, like Dennis Seashore Assoc. already gave us money and booked, but did not provide updated forms - so if they (or others) call and say they've already booked and/or paid, please tell them we just need them to fill out the packet and send along the paperwork.
