There is now a form to fill out when we are putting something into repair and placing it on the missing parts/problem shelf. I put the form right on the shelf. Remember to change the status of anything going into the back room in millennium. Please fill out the form and add any information you feel is important. Place the form with the item and place it on the shelf.
