Subject: Save the Date - Health Care Reform Meetings

On Tuesday, November 29th we will be holding meetings in the Police Department’s training room, at 9am and 11am, regarding the Health Care Reform that was signed into law this past July by Governor Patrick. On October 5, 2011 the CCMHG Board voted to make certain plan design changes to make the CCMHG active employee plans similar but not identical to those of the GIC benchmark plan. These changes will go into effect on July 1, 2012.
Representatives from our health insurance providers, social security, myMedication Advisors, and our Flex Spending Cafeteria Plan will be presenting the plans and cost saving options at these meetings. Additional information to follow.
