Meeting Room Book and Calendar

Just a reminder

Please be sure to put enough info in the meeting room calendar so that people can figure out the name of the group and phone number (especially for first 2 entries if it is a monthly meeting). I know there isn't much room to write, but please try to get as much info on there as possible.

Also, when booking a new group, please make sure that they have filled out the info packet.
