Do not circulate damaged items. If you scan an item click on the check in item and do not fill hold. Fill out one of our damaged item/repair slips and send the item back to the original library.
Libraries have different policies regarding lost and damaged items. Do not except replacement items for other libraries. Please contact owning library to verify current policies.
Items are being released before release date. Please watch the packing slips that will indicate the release date.
Do not put any tape on items. It is hard to get off and it is ruining some packaging.
New barcodes are not scanning. Try centering the barcode as you scan. Do not place barcodes near anything black.
Teacher cards have a limit of one year. They are working on the expiration date. For now we should just limit it until the end of June of the current year.
