This year's archaeology event, which is scheduled for this Saturday, October 5th at 11:00 a.m. may be cancelled, as our presenter is from the National Park Service, part of the US government. I will check with him on Thursday as to the status of the shutdown. If it is still in effect on Thursday, we will cancel the event. On our website and Cape events' websites, I have instructed people to call and check after Thursday. Too late for the hard copy press...
