Two announcements:
The new Sierra system does not allow us to process loans for patrons from other CLAMS libraries. Although this service was discouraged before with Millenium by the CLAMS office, it is now not possible. If a patron comes to the Circulation Desk and requests an interlibrary loan, or if library staff cannot find a book for a patron in CLAMS, please determine if they are a Dennis Public Library patron before sending them to Reference. They are welcome to change their home library to us, if they would like.
Due to its high cost, the Ancestry genealogical database is no longer available to our patrons. The shortcut icons have been removed from the public computer desktops.
