Tiffany Perry did come in today and I spoke with her. She declined to speak with Jessica. However, Jessica and I have looked at their accounts, and, considering that she and her daughters are in good standing, she is now allowed to take out her daughters' items when they are not present. Tiffany, however, is currently not aware of this decision. If you are the person at the desk, you may inform her that we have reconsidered the policy since her account is in good standing - or you can let me or Jessica tell her.
