Kathy and I had to go to the bins today in search of an item. While we were going through, we found many DVDs that did not have rubber bands on them. Please remember that CLAMS requires rubber bands on all media - DVDs, CDs, audiobooks, etc. - to keep them closed during transit. The rubber bands should run vertically. Thank you!
In addition, please remember that phone calls for patron pick ups must be completed on a daily basis. Items should not remain on the phone cart for multiple days, unless staff has encountered problems getting through to the patron. Any difficulties should be noted on the processing slips.
