The Opening and Closing list of procedures has been revised and updated. The new list has been left up at the Circulation Desk, and it should be signed and dated by everyone. One new addition is removing the computer usage sheets at closing and leaving them on the Reference Desk. Although many procedures remain the same, some were being forgotten, like the daily turning on and off of the handicapped door switch. Since many of us are changing shifts to help cover Julie's absence, Jessica and I thought it might be a good idea for everyone to review procedures at this time. To help aid this process, everyone should check off the procedures as they are completed - so enough list sheets have been placed in your mailbox to span the next two weeks.
If anyone has any specific questions about procedures, such as where to get the mail key, etc, that will help during completion of the list, just let us know. Thank you!
