We received a phone call from an unknown source asking for Model/Serial numbers for our copier.
If you receive such a call - say:
"I'm sorry, we don't give out that information"
and hang up. Its a scam!
Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance on questions not related directly to library's activities (hours, programs, renewals, passes, etc) ...or even if they are library related and you're just not sure...
