Library Registration Forms

Hello everyone:

I created a hard folder for completed Library registration forms.

This folder is labeled and located underneath the blank registration forms. If there are any forms (filled out) that are not placed in the folder I will assume that these are pending for some reason.

All completed forms within the folder will be double checked for accuracy. This helps to ensure that our patrons records are up-to-date and provides reliable record keeping for the use of our materials.
