We have a subscription to the Consumer Reports online, which I use at the Reference Desk. (Let me know if you want to try it out. It's very similar to the magazine, but more updated.) We did this because the most current articles weren't available in the CLAMS databases.
However, starting this week, full text CURRENT CR articles are now in the CLAMS databases : General OneFile, Academic OneFile, HealthReference Center Academic, and the Student Resource Center products. If you're unsure of how to use the databases, please ask me for a demonstration.
We have 2 CR magazine subscriptions--1 in ref, where we keep back issues for 4 years, and one copy in the magazine area.
One of our library specialties is supposed to be consumer information, so please let me know if you see any good titles to order.
