Because SEMLS anticipates the delivery to become an automated process (at some point), they are asking that everyone start barcoding ALL of their items (books, audio, video - everything that might go in the delivery) in the TOP LEFT CORNER. Yes, that is going to be ugly. Yes, in many cases that will cover title information.... From what I understand the start date for this is February 1st, but we might as well start now, because the directive isn't going to change. For the most part, Lisa is the person who barcodes items, but everyone needs to know. If you have any questions about this, please see me.
