Meeting Room Calendar

I am going to request that we add a phone number to EVERY entry in the meeting room calendar, even if it's someone that comes in regularly. I've had two instances just today where I could not read the entry, and one instance where I could tell that it was the Genealogy group, but found out that SEVERAL people schedule for the Gen group, so it took a long time to track down the right person. A phone number will just make it easier to contact people quickly when needed.
