At this point, the only thing we still don't have is the instruction booklets for the regular 1040 (we have the forms)-we have forms & booklets for 1040EZ and 1040A. We hope to get them soon, but we don't know when; it's unlikely other libraries will have them, since the delay is in the whole system, but they're welcome to check with them!
For Mass, we have state forms, but they no longer include instructions (or the tax table)-there are a couple copies at Reference (send them to us), and people are welcome to use the copy machine to make copies of what they need (sometimes just the tax table). At this point, we will not charge patrons for tax form or instruction booklet copies.
If people need a federal form or schedule that we didn't order, Cindy or I will find the form online and print it for them, also at no cost.
