Hello!
I took a phone message off the library line yesterday (8/4/14) from a Michelle Cody who said she wanted to renew her books. I can find no such patron in CLAMS. She also said to call her if we had any questions, but she left no phone number. If someone does encounter her and she complains that her books were not renewed, you can forgive the fines, but tell her she also needs to speak with a person to renew items, as we may not get the message.
