At night during closing, please make sure to include the exterior door near the parking lot, i.e. give it a tug. While Jessica, Julie, and I were here on Monday, the alarm sounded and we found a woman in the library. She said that door was ajar and she just pulled it open.
The new addition has been placed on the updated "Opening and Closing Procedures" list. This list is now posted at the Circulation Desk. Please read the new list, because, even though some of us have been doing these procedures for a long time, some new responsibilities have been added. Initial and date the paper when you are done.
